Which credit cards do you accept? We accept whatever the vendor accepts. Agent Greene Travel will accept and then pay the vendor directly with that card. Most vendors accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards. Many vendors even accept debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.
Can I cancel my trip? Yes you may always cancel your trip. You may experience cancellation penalties. Agent Greene Travel recommends travel insurance either provided from the vendor or from Travel Guard. Please talk to your agent to find the best travel cancellation insurance or travel insurance for your plans.
I cancelled my trip, but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take? We submit all requests for credits after receiving a written cancellation from the client. If you are getting a refund for a price reduction, we will order the refund within 24 hours of rebooking. It may take 7 to 10 business days for your credit to be put back on your account. You should see this in your next billing cycle statement or one following. Please call if a credit is not received by the second billing cycle.
What happens when a trip I saw on your web site is not available or the dates I want are not available? We will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. It is always best to consider optional dates for holidays. Flexibility is the key to travel.
I am a shopper and really don't need a package does Agent Greene mind my calling? Yes - Agent Greene's agents do mind. We work very hard and our reimbursement is by commissions only. If you would like us to research information for you, we will be happy to provide you with information for a fee of $50 per hour. Of course if you purchase a trip, your fees will be applied to the cost of the trip. We thank you for advising us if you are just shopping or really interested in buying something. (This keeps our costs down for everyone.)
